Legging Lovers sends out most orders (98%+) on the same day that your order is placed if it is placed by 2:30 pm PST.  We are proud of our industry leading service level on ensuring your order gets out to you fast and accurately.  Some restrictions do apply.  These restrictions are as follows:

• Large orders that require some additional processing time (3 days), however, even most large orders we are still able to get get them out on a same day basis.
• Items that are out of stock.  Legging Lovers has product that comes in everyday so if an item is out of stock and we know that its is coming the next day, we will hold it for that time to complete your order.  If not, we will send out your order and place the item(s) on back order and send it out to you when it arrives.  NOTE, there are no extra shipping charges.  We pay for the additional delivery.
• USPS / UPS / FedEx Errors.  There are times where USPS and UPS make errors on their part.  In these cases we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances.  Often times this can be weather related or volume related but in most cases, you will have a tracking number from  either delivery service so that you may track your order.
• Technical Errors or Address Errors:  Legging Lovers cannot perform same day shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly.  In these cases Legging Lovers will contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately. 
• On Sundays and Holidays, there is no shipping as USPS and UPS do not operate however, your order is still printed, filled and completed for the next business day's morning pickup by UPS and USPS.
• The City you live in can affect shipping times.  Major cities have the fastest delivery times and because we are in San Bernardino, major cities close to San Bernardino can have even faster delivery times (sometimes 1 Day).  Smaller cities outside of major ones can take an 1 (one) extra day because USPS and UPS consider that to be an extra leg.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays resulting from errors, weather, acts of god, errors made by the shipping company, errors or omissions provided by the customer or delays to shipping that are out of our control.  No guarantees are made as to the exact shipping and arrivals dates.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Legging Lovers ships most orders within one business day of receipt of your order based on a 2:30 pm Pacific time cutoff. Some orders may also be processed same day. Products on Legging Lovers are in stock in virtually all cases however, there are times where some inventory needs to be shipped in due to high volumes and fulfillment of your order may take an extra 2 - 3 days.
